1.install the game
2. download Xbox for windows http://www.xbox.com/en-US/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient
3. download the patch v- 1.0.4.01.

4. install software in 2 and 3
5. go to installed folder Grand Theft Auto IV inside the c drive under Rockstar Games folder









6. make a new notepad .txt file with name commandline.txt
and write the following codes

7. now download xliveless file from https://www.sendspace.com/file/ofiivc
and extract the .dll files and copy all the files to your Grand Theft Auto IV folder and replace the original files
