Installation You need the lastest version of the tool Script Hook V (http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta5/tools/72013-gta-v-pc-native-trainer-scripthook-asi-loader) by Alexander Blade in order for this mod to work. Put VehicleRemoteCentralLocking v1.X.asi and vehicleRemoteCentralLockingConfig.ini into your GTA5 folder where your GTA5.exe is located. Remove it again to remove the mods feature. Note that the mod is disabled when going online into multiplayer. Updating Make sure to replace both files when downloading a new version. GTA 5 Online – How To Unlock The Secret Railgun Weapon
All you want to do is download this job by CarlosCoDHD. Make sure you set it to the PS4 first otherwise this mission wil not work. Now you can add the job to your game and load it up.

Once you are in the mission lobby set the lock weapons to owned plus pickups. Now kill one of the enemies that has a railgun and pick it up. Once you have the railgun, pick up a suitcase and capture it so the game ends or just leave the session. Once the game is over you can select Freemode in which you can use the railgun!
This is the most overpowered weapon in GTA 5 Online. You can repeat this job to get the max railgun ammo capacity of 20. If you need any help you can leave us a comment below!

There are multiple ways that you can customize your ride while playing GTA 5.
Long gone are the days of Pay 'n' Spray; Los Santos Customs are now the
one stop shop for car resprays and, just like original San Andreas, car
customization. Keep in mind that the more valuable the Vehicles, the more expensive the upgrades.
Aircraft, Bicycles, Police, Fire Department, Ambulance, Taxi, FIB and Military vehicles are not customizable.
Note that respraying your vehicle still works for evading cops of any star difficulty, but you have to have broken line of sight will all cops before entering Los Santos Customs.
WARNING: At the current time, vehicle saving and garages are an unreliable service, and it is recommended that you wait until Rockstar Games address these issues before spending large sums of money on customizing vehicles.
The window you break while stealing a vehicle counts as "damage", and must be repaired before customization is available.
Engine upgrades increase your base horsepower, which increases the
acceleration stat. By altering the Engine Monitoring System (EMS), you
can get more power out of your vehicle. Thre are four levels of upgrades
that range from $900 to $2350 depending on the vehicle. These upgrades
slightly increase the acceleration stat. At level four, expect around a
15% increase in acceleration.
Aesthetic Upgrades include any Color, Hood, Front and Back Bumper,
Roof, Spoiler, Tire Smoke, Tire Color, Tire, Rim, Exhaust, Window and
Side upgrades. Saddle Bag, Fuel Tank and Frame customizations are also
available for motorcycles
These upgrades mean nothing towards your vehicle's performance whilst driving, and instead are there to change the way your vehicle looks into something that you like.

How to Create Custom License Plates
You can create a "vanity plate" or a customizable license plate in the IFruit app. These plates are limited -- you can create a unique plate that nobody else has -- so you'll want to create a plate as soon as possible to reserve one.Repair
Before you can modify your vehicle, you must repair it if any damage has been sustained. The price varies on the extent of the damage and the vehicle type. Once you do a full body repair and engine service, vehicle modification can begin. You are unable to make any modification whatsoever to your vehicle until it is repaired.The window you break while stealing a vehicle counts as "damage", and must be repaired before customization is available.
Armor
Once unlocked, there are five armor options available from 20% to a full 100% armor upgrade. This makes your vehicle extremely durable. However, a 100% armor increase does not make your vehicle invulnerable, it only doubles its durability, by adding 100% of the original durability. Keep in mind that this does not bulletproof your windows. Make sure to bulletproof your tires to get the full effect. Armor upgrade prices range from $500 to $25,000 depending on vehicle type. Brakes
If you're going to tune your vehicle and increase speed and acceleration, some quality brakes are needed to stop the rocket. New piracy technique on PS4 in Brazil confirmed to be real, Sony might take legal action
We’ve revealed a few weeks ago that some electronic stores in Brazil were advertising a way to copy pirate video games onto your PS4 for a fee. Although the technique was not described in details (these stores wanted, after all, to make a profit out of the scheme, not share it for everyone to get it for free, or for Sony to patch it), we’ve been in touch with several members of the hacking scene, as well as customers of these stores, who have all confirmed the existence of the “hack”.
PS4 Hack for piracy confirmed to be real
Yesterday, journalists at UOL Jogos, a trusted site in Brazil, have confirmed that the hack is real, as they have verified it themselves on a test console (original article, in Portuguese, can be found here). It needs to be emphasized that this is not the well known “account sharing” trick, but a new kind of hack.
Small electronics store in some streets of Sao Paulo will charge from R$ 300 to R$ 400 (about $100 to $150) in order to install 10 pirated games on your console. The UOL journalists have confirmed the hack to work on their own console.
The process, as described by Brazilian modchip stores, is close towhat we have explained before: a Dump of a “legit” console with a dozen games on it is performed, and copied to the target console. In addition to a copy of the hard drive, it is safe to assume a dump of the NAND/BIOS is performed as well. It seems the dump is performed with the help of a regular raspberry pi, as this had been implied the first time we uncovered this story.
The process described on UOL is extremely similar to what has been described on the scene, and as we reported here. Activate a PS4 for a given account, make a full copy of its state/NAND, deactivate it, then copy the backed-up NAND again. UOL mentions however that in their experiment, their console ended up with 2 registered accounts, which are part of the cloning process, and required for the games to work.
A new way to pirate PS4 games, a lucrative business
Other ways have existed for pirates in the past: Sony lets people activate several consoles on the same account, so some people abuse that system by sharing accounts with their friends. This piracy technique remains limited as you can only share an account with a limited number of consoles. This new technique, however, has virtually no limit to how many PS4s could replicate the games. As such, this is a very lucrative business for these electronics shop, who make close to 100% profit on this technique.
These shops in Brazil charge about $100 to install 10 games. These games would cost almost $600 normally. This is a great deal for both the client and the seller. To get more games, one has to come back to the store and pay roughly $15 for each additional game. UOL mention that with 10 games of the current generation, your PS4 hard drive is pretty much full anyway, so you’ll have to erase a few ones to add new ones.
As we’ve discussed before, this is not really what could be considered as a PS4 Jailbreak, and of minimal interest from a homebrew perspective. It is still interesting however, from my point of view, to confirm once again that a system is as secure as its weakest link. Although no encryption is broken here, pirates are still able to find their way, while us “homebrewers” are left in the cold.
Sony already taking legal action in Brazil
Sony are not totally ignoring the issue of piracy in Brazil. It seems they are aware of the “account sharing” technique (and how some stores are monetizing it) and already sending cease and desist notices about that. It is safe to assume they will at least do the same for this new piracy technique, and will probably be looking into ways to patch the hack. As a reminder, people on the PS4 hacking scene have told us that the technique they knew about has been patched on 2.51, so it seems the technique used by Brazilian stores is slightly different from that.

Naughty Dog: PS4 Pushes The Scale Of Environment In Uncharted 4
Naughty Dog’s action-adventure third-person shooter platform video game series, Uncharted (Uncharted: Drake’sFortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception) on PS3 gave developers the opportunity to explore the real potential and with PlayStation 4 they can push further than older system.
In an interview with GamesTM, writer Josh Scherr says, “In the Uncharted games, we’ve always strived for something that’s more along the lines of a ‘stylized realism.’
Trying to keep in line with reality just isn’t all that interesting to us, so what we use that stylistic approach for is, really, storytelling – rather than trying to keep everything consistent to the real world’s rules. ‘What is the mood of the story at this point in time?’, ‘What is the mood we want the player to experience here?’ That’s what we ask ourselves, that’s how we decide [how to create the levels].
The nice thing about being on PS4, too, is that we can push that [stylization] further than we could on the older system.”
Lead designer, Ricky Cambier adds: “We’re still trying to figure out exactly what we can do with [the PS4]. From a design perspective, it’s given us the opportunity to push the scale of the environment so you’ve got choices in the combat setups that are incredibly vast.
So we can put that in when we want to. Like Josh points out, on the design side, as well, we can really get the player into a mood: so yeah, there’s still times we’ll push the player into a very intimate combat space – if we want to layer on extra pressure for an escape sequence or something – it just gives us a wider variety of trees, density, variety, foliage, background environments and how vivid and detailed they are… it gives us all that to play with.”

In the mission Hood Safari the original gangsterx from San Andreas make an appearance. While heading south towards the drug pick up you’ll spot three gang members clad in green head right- instead of left. Follow them and see CJ, Sweet and Ryder from GTA: San Andreas.
Sonny Bottino from GTA IV is referenced again. Even though you never see him, he was Don Jon Gravelli's right hand man. During the random event mission "Burial", You have to save his daughter with any one of the 3 characters up in Blaine County, and drive her back to her dads house in Vinewood. While driving, she will tell you about her Father's life and how "He pretty much ran east coast in the 80's and 90's until he got pinned for murder in Vice City and had to go into hiding in SA."
Brucie Kibbutz returns on Bleeter, GTA’s equivalent to Twitter. Also during a news announcement on the radio Brucie Kibbitz is mentioned to have gotten into the testosterone replacement market. He sells testosterone from bull sharks.
Niko Bellic is mentioned during the first heist, described as an “Eastern-European” that was making a name for himself back in Liberty City and got out of the business. His LifeInvader profile can be seen on a laptop in Michael's dining room.
Johnny Klebitz from GTA IV. Johnny appears with his girlfriend Ashley in a memorable scene when you first take control of Trevor.
The United Liberty Paper Contact from GTA IV makes a very brief appearance near the end of the mission Monkey Business. Also making another appearance in the mission The Wrap Up, during this mission he can be killed by the player.
Michelle/Karen from GTA IV appears in a cutscene during Three's Company threatening Mr. K with a flashlight

El Burro Heights is named after one of the characters you perform jobs for in GTA III.
DJ Lazlow, who's previously appeared on the radio in GTA III, GTA:VC, and GTA:SA, makes his first on-screen appearance at the "Fame or Shame" auditions as the host of the show, during the mission of the same name.
Marnie, a drug addict from GTA IV, appears in the Epsilon questline.
Fernando Martinez, a radio personallity who has appeared in GTAIII, GTA:VC, GTA:SA, GTA:VCS, and Episodes of Liberty City makes another return to the radio.
John Marston from Red Dead Redemption makes an appearance as an optional father in the character creation of GTA Online. (When creating ones character online, during the heritage section, the player has the option to select ones parents. When selecting the player's father you can access the option of "Special Father" by hitting 'Y' (Xbox 360) or 'Triangle' (PS3) this will select John Marston as the player's father.) Some gamers have reported that Claude, the protagonist from GTA III, was occasionally available this way before patches were released.
In Trevor's trailor in Sandy Shores, there is a small Western styled hat, possibly an allusion to Red Dead Redemption's John Marston; it should be noted, however, that this hat is camoflauge colored, which John's was not.
In Lester's house, there is a book in one of the shelfs that has a picture of CJ in the cover.

Here is how you can install this mod:
How to install–
- Extract the water.xml from the archive.
- Run OpenIV and open common.rpf
- Open the “data” folder.
- Open the “levels” folder.
- Open the “gta5″ folder.
- Right-click on the water.xml file and select “replace”.
- Choose the extracted file.
- For Tsunami do the same, except replace files from the Tsunami folder.
- For Atlantis do the same, except replace files from the Atlantis folder.
Do note that this mod requiresOpenIV [2.6] which can be foundhere.

DYING LIGHT UPDATE WILL ADD NEW DEVELOPER TOOLS
A future update to the PC version of Dying Light will add new features to its developer tools, allowing you to further customize the open-world zombie game.
As detailed in a short video on the game's official YouTube channel, the update introduces three new features for editors: terrain creation and editing, the ability to import custom models, and multiplayer support.
Developer Techland introduced developer tools for Dying Light earlier this month, allowing players to build their own maps, spin custom stories, and come up with "insane scenarios limited only by the imagination of the author."

This mod, which was released by an "Unknown Modder", requires Script Hook V to work.
